Shipping

Underground sound uses a standard shipping cost of $3 for the first CD purchased, followed by $1 for each additional album added to the cart. The buyer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges accumulated through their order. Shipping will be done with standard USPS First Class Ground shipping which is insured for the total value of the order. Any problems with shipping should be directed to the USPS. Underground Sound is not responsible for any lost or damaged items caused by shipping.

Returns

Any returns must be accompanied by an Email notice to shipping@undergroundsound.com. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, direct any questions or comments to sales@undergroundsound.com. Returns must be undamaged and unopened in order to be fully processed. Buyer will be responsible for return of item and Underground Sound will process and re-send the desired replacement item.
